The Turkish government, led by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has offered a $530,000 reward for the capture of former NBA player Enes Kanter.

Kanter, who recently obtained US citizenship, has been listed as a wanted terrorist by the Turkish Interior Ministry.

This marks the first time Turkey has offered a reward for the capture of Kanter, who has been a vocal critic of Erdogan and has referred to him as the "Hitler of our century" and a "dictator".

Kanter has played in the NBA for 13 seasons, most recently for the Boston Celtics, and has also been a vocal advocate for human rights.

Despite the announcement of the bounty, Kanter remains concerned for his safety and it remains to be seen how he will respond to the situation.
