Regis Prograis Ready To Face Ryan Garcia On April 15th If Tank Davis Fight Fails To Happen

Regis Prograis has expressed his willingness to fight Ryan Garcia on April 15th if the much-anticipated fight between Garcia and Gervonta "Tank" Davis does not happen for any reason.

Prograis, the WBC light welterweight champion, is ready to step in, but he does not want Garcia to have an advantage by waiting until three weeks before the fight date to prepare.

Therefore, if Golden Boy Promotions wants to use Prograis as Garcia's substitute opponent, they need to inform him soon.

Recently, a wheelchair-bound Gervonta Davis was seen being pushed around at the Super Bowl, which has raised questions about his physical condition and whether he is having second thoughts about fighting Garcia.

If Davis is faking an injury, it could be an indication that he is not interested in fighting Garcia and wants to avoid the bout.

In that case, Ryan Garcia might need to demand a doctor's note from Davis to verify his ankle problem.

Prograis thinks that Ryan Garcia is not on his level boxing-wise, despite being a social media sensation with a massive following.

Prograis is a two-time champion at 140, while Garcia has never won a belt before.

Prograis believes that fighting Garcia will bring him a lot of fans, and it will be a big fight for both of them.

He wants to fight the best people and go down in history as a Hall of Famer.

According to Prograis, he is good for April 15th if he is asked to fight Garcia.
