Ryan Garcia Plans To Break Lomachenko After Davis Showdown
Ryan Garcia, the California native, has long promised to end the career of Gervonta Davis, but it was only recently that negotiations for their showdown began.
The two are expected to fight on April 15th in Las Vegas at a catchweight of 136 pounds, with Davis being the favorite due to his highlight-reel-worthy finishes.
Vasiliy Lomachenko, a former unified titlist at 135 pounds, has also agreed with that notion, saying that he thinks Davis will finish Garcia.
However, Garcia plans to upset the apple cart and take down Davis before moving on to Lomachenko.
After the fight, Garcia even proposed to break Lomachenko, which the Ukrainian did not take lightly.
Lomachenko has his own pressing matters to attend to, with all signs pointing to him taking on the undisputed champion in Devin Haney, and if successful, being forced to face off against another young luminary in Shakur Stevenson.
