In the UFC’s heavyweight division, Ciryl Gane is known for his striking abilities.

However, his recent loss to Jon Jones at UFC 285 highlighted his weakness in wrestling.

Prior to the fight, Khabib Nurmagomedov, a former UFC champion and grappling expert, had already pointed out Gane's lack of wrestling skills.

In an old interview, Nurmagomedov offered to train Gane in his team in Dagestan to improve his grappling game.

Although Gane did not respond at that time, Nurmagomedov's words have gained attention after Gane's loss to Jones.

Gane's loss to Francis Ngannou was an indication of his weakness in wrestling.

Despite his victories over opponents like Derrick Lewis and Junior Dos Santos, he struggled to wrestle with Ngannou.

Nurmagomedov noticed this weakness and openly pointed it out in his interview.

He believed that Gane still has many years remaining in his career and could benefit from training in Dagestan.

After his loss to Jones, Gane's weakness in wrestling was once again exposed.

Jones took him down in the first minute of the round and ultimately won by guillotine choke.

Jones immediately called out former heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic for his next fight.

Miocic, who has been waiting for a return for years, will look to recapture the title, and fans are excited about the possibility of this bout.

Overall, Nurmagomedov's words for Gane were prophetic, as Gane's weakness in wrestling was once again exposed in his loss to Jones.

It remains to be seen if Gane will take up Nurmagomedov's offer to train in Dagestan to improve his grappling skills.

Meanwhile, fans eagerly anticipate the potential Jones vs. Miocic matchup.
