Jack Crisp, a star player for the Collingwood Magpies, is currently under investigation after a video surfaced on social media.

The team confirmed they are aware of the video, which allegedly shows several Snapchat screenshots featuring Crisp's bearded face, some of which reference illicit substances.

The last two photos in the video are explicit, showing a man whose face is not visible.

It's unclear how old the content is or whether the graphic images are actually of Crisp.

The club has been in contact with the AFL and will work to investigate the situation before providing any further updates.

This comes after Collingwood had to deal with a drugs scandal earlier this year involving young star Jack Ginnivan, who was banned for the first two rounds of the season for admitting to taking an illicit substance in the cubicle of a pub.

Crisp has played an impressive 191 consecutive games dating back to round 18, 2014, when he played for the Brisbane Lions, making it the most by any current player in the league.

This streak puts him well ahead of Melbourne star Christian Petracca, who has played 110 consecutive games.

The team is scheduled to play the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba on Thursday night, but it's unclear if Crisp will be able to participate in the game.

The investigation into the video is ongoing, and more details will likely emerge in the coming days.
