Israel Adesanya has declared that his upcoming fight with Alex Pereira at UFC 287 will be their last meeting.

Adesanya is seeking to regain the UFC middleweight title that he lost to Pereira last November and to earn his first victory over Pereira in their rivalry that dates back to their kickboxing days.

At the ceremonial weigh-ins, Adesanya stated that the fight meant everything to him and that it would be “one and done”.

Pereira, typically stoic, took aim at Adesanya's dog collar, which he has been wearing since media day this past Wednesday.

Pereira promised to take the collar off and take Adesanya out, like a dog.

The co-main event features Miami's Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns in a welterweight contenders' bout.

Masvidal has been in high spirits all week and promised that his hometown will have plenty to celebrate after the fight.

Burns, on the other hand, was booed by the crowd but welcomed it with a smile and a warning that he will "kill" Masvidal in the fight.

The faceoffs for both fights were intense, with plenty of trash talk and heated moments.

Fans can watch highlights of the UFC 287 ceremonial weigh-in faceoffs to get a sense of the intensity and anticipation leading up to the event.

Overall, the event promises to be an exciting night of fights with high stakes and plenty of drama.
