Khabib Nurmagomedov, the undefeated former UFC lightweight champion, has unveiled his top 20 greatest of all time (GOAT) rankings.

Despite referring to the list as a "Top 15," there were several ties that brought the total number of champions included to 20.

Khabib is known to be a fighter who cares about his legacy, and his ranking is a reflection of his knowledge and appreciation of the sport's history.

Khabib, who retired with a perfect record of 29-0, requested to be ranked the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter after defeating Justin Gaethje in his final bout.

Many in the MMA media complied, crowning him the best fighter of all time, much to the dismay of some fans who still champion Jon Jones for the position.

Khabib's list features legendary champions such as Anderson Silva, Fedor Emelianenko, and Georges St-Pierre.

Notably absent from the list, however, is former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor.

McGregor's exclusion has sparked some debate among fans, with some questioning whether he deserved a spot on the list over other champions such as BJ Penn or Randy Couture.

Khabib's own humility was on display in his rankings, as he opted not to include himself despite his dominant reign as lightweight champion.

The former champion is also known for his coaching abilities, which have been on full display since his retirement from the octagon.

While GOAT rankings are always a topic of intense debate, Khabib's list is sure to spark discussion among fans and fighters alike.

His knowledge and passion for the sport make his rankings a valuable insight into the world of mixed martial arts.
