The love story of Lionel Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo has captivated football fans, but little did some know that before their romance, Roccuzzo had a brief relationship with another man.

They were introduced as kids, but Messi had to move to Spain for his football career, causing them to be apart for a while.

During this time, Roccuzzo started seeing someone else in Argentina, but they eventually broke up when she found out Messi would return.

Their serious relationship began in 2007 after a Friendship Day celebration, where Roccuzzo's friend noticed she had a Blackberry phone given by Messi, hinting at their connection. Roccuzzo's ex-boyfriend spoke to a local newspaper in 2010, revealing that she left him for Messi.

Messi and Roccuzzo got married in 2017, after being in a relationship since 2007 and having two children together, Thiago and Mateo. Their third child, Ciro, was born a year later.

Throughout Messi's football career, Roccuzzo has been a supportive presence, often seen cheering him on during matches.

Recently, the couple has been spending time with David and Victoria Beckham since moving to the United States.
