Sadio Mane has made a move from Bayern Munich to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr, a Saudi Arabian club.

During his time at Bayern, Mane scored 12 goals in 38 games, which was considered underwhelming despite an impressive start.

One notable incident during his stint at Bayern was a physical altercation with Leroy Sane in the Manchester City dressing room after a Champions League game.

The German champions reportedly managed to recoup most of the £35m they paid Liverpool for Mane a year ago.

Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen acknowledged that Mane had faced challenges since his transfer from Anfield, describing it as "not an easy year" for him. Mane has now signed a four-year deal with Al-Nassr.

Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel stated that he and Mane both agreed that parting ways was the best solution. Despite the decision, Tuchel expressed his understanding of Mane's feelings and maintained a positive relationship with him.

Al-Nassr has been actively reinforcing their squad, signing players like five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo in December, as well as Croatia midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, Brazil full-back Alex Telles, and Ivory Coast midfielder Seko Fofana during the summer transfer window. Mane's addition adds further depth to their roster as they prepare for the upcoming season.
