In a stunning display, Luka Doncic propelled the Dallas Mavericks to a resounding 144-126 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, solidifying his place in NBA history.

Following a call-out from Coach Jason Kidd after a recent loss, the Mavericks responded emphatically, with Doncic leading the charge.

Anticipating a rebound performance, Doncic delivered with a spectacular 44-point performance on an impressive 17-21 shooting, including 6-9 from beyond the arc and a perfect 4-4 from the free-throw line.

This marked his 31st 40-point game, placing him in rarefied air alongside legends Michael Jordan and LeBron James, who achieved similar feats before turning 25.

Despite the personal milestone, Doncic remains focused on the team's success, with the Mavericks boasting a 7-2 record, their best start in nearly two decades.

The young star's season averages of 32.9 points, 51.8 percent shooting, and all-around contributions have positioned him as an early MVP favorite, elevating the Mavericks to serious title contention.

As they embark on a four-game road trip, Doncic's historic achievement adds another layer to what could be a transformative season for Dallas.
