Klay Thompson seized the spotlight with a candid response to swirling trade rumors in the aftermath of the Golden State Warriors' triumphant 127-104 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Despite facing bench time in their previous game, Thompson rebounded with an impressive performance, notching 18 points, three rebounds, one assist, and one block in 28 minutes against the 76ers.

As trade talks intensify ahead of the looming deadline, Thompson, set to become a free agent this summer, dismissed the online NBA discourse during a post-game interview with Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

When asked about the possibility of being traded, Thompson stated, "I don't partake in NBA discourse on the internet.

I think that's such a waste of energy." This statement quickly gained traction on social media, resonating with fans and analysts alike (h/t Bleacher Report).

With the Warriors now boasting a 23-25 record in their first 48 games, securing the 11th seed in the Western Conference, the team faces uncertainties amid a roller-coaster season.
