Making his highly anticipated return to the wrestling ring, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, the newly appointed board member of TKO Group Holdings, orchestrates a surprising power play.

The Hollywood star is set to headline WrestleMania 40 in a showdown against Roman Reigns.

Cody Rhodes, however, has thrown a curveball in the storyline.
Despite his year-long company carry, Rhodes announced that he won't be facing Reigns at WrestleMania, leaving fans puzzled about the unexpected twist in his wrestling journey.

Instead, Rhodes is slated for a match against world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins, ensuring a different path to gold.

Speculations about WrestleMania 40 taking a different direction have been put to rest, reaffirming WWE President Nick Khan's influence on the company.

The shift also brings into question the future of Paul "Triple H" Levesque, WWE's Chief Content Creator, who had delicately crafted the Rhodes-Reigns storyline.

With The Rock's return, the wrestling landscape is undergoing a significant transformation, leaving fans eager to witness the blockbuster clash between two legends at the grandest stage of them all. (SOURCE: Sports Illustrated)
