Tom Brady has sparked more speculation about a potential NFL return after posting a shirtless running video on Instagram.

The video comes after the football star recently said he was "not opposed" to coming back to the league if needed.

In a recent appearance on the "Deep Cuts" podcast, Brady was asked if he would consider returning to the NFL if a team needed a quarterback.

He responded with a smile, saying, "I’m not opposed to it. I’m always going to be in good shape, always be able to throw the ball."

His former teammate, Julian Edelman, had doubted Brady's seriousness about a potential return, but the new video might suggest otherwise. Brady captioned the video, "24 years later... no excuses. Show up for yourself so you can show up all damn day!"

This isn't the first time Brady has hinted at a possible return from retirement. In August, he posted a selfie saying he was "thinking about finding a training camp to show up to." However, he had also previously stated he was "certain" he wouldn't play again.

Brady spent 20 seasons with the New England Patriots and his final three with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With seven Super Bowl titles to his name, he is widely regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history.
