Anderson Silva, the UFC Hall of Famer and former middleweight champion, is set to face off against his old rival Chael Sonnen in a boxing match on June 15 in São Paulo, Brazil.

Both fighters announced the match on social media. This fight marks Silva’s last bout in Brazil. Known for his impressive UFC career, Silva retired from MMA in 2020 after his contract ended.

Since then, he has switched to boxing, fighting sporadically. Silva's boxing record includes wins over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Tito Ortiz in 2021, and a loss to YouTube star Jake Paul in 2022.
