Conor McGregor is set to return to Ireland for his first UFC event in nearly a decade. The Irish fighter will host a launch event in Dublin next month as he prepares for his comeback fight against Michael Chandler at UFC 303.

McGregor, who hasn't fought in his home country since 2014, will appear at a press conference in Dublin on June 3. The event will take place at the 3Arena, where he had a memorable win over Diego Brandao. UFC President Dana White announced the press conference, stating it will be free for fans, with tickets available starting Wednesday morning.

McGregor has been out of the octagon for almost three years. His return fight against Chandler is one of the most anticipated in MMA history and will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on June 29. The card also features an exciting undercard with several big names.

In addition to the press conference news, White revealed changes to the UFC 303 co-main event. Jamahal Hill will now face Carlos Ullberg, replacing Khalil Rountree. Additionally, Irish star Ian Machado Garry will fight Michael 'Venom' Page in another main card bout. Garry, inspired by McGregor’s rise in the UFC, is excited to share the card with his idol.

UFC 303 will feature a mix of veterans and rising stars, including Andrei Arlovski, Cub Swanson, Joe Pyfer, Payton Talbott, and Rei Tsuruya. Fans are eagerly awaiting this packed event, which promises to deliver exciting matchups and memorable moments.
