Conor McGregor has weighed in on the recent controversy surrounding boxer Ryan Garcia's positive test for the performance-enhancing substance ostarine.

Garcia's victory over Devin Haney has been overshadowed by the revelation of his doping violation. McGregor took to social media to express his disappointment, advocating for a lifetime ban for Garcia due to his alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs.

In a post on X, McGregor stated, "Cheated the weight and was juiced, lifetime ban. Sad to see, sad to say. Sad and a bit sick. Don't come near me if I see you ever Ryan Garcia. I am actually disgusted."

Garcia's positive tests for ostarine were revealed after his fight with Haney, where he won via a majority decision. Despite Garcia's denial of cheating in a video posted on X, the positive results have cast a shadow over his career.

Haney responded to the situation, expressing his disappointment and asserting that Garcia owes the fans an apology for cheating and disrespecting the sport of boxing. Haney emphasized the seriousness of the matter, stating, "We put our lives on the line to entertain people for a living. You don't play boxing."

The repercussions of Garcia's positive test remain unclear, but McGregor believes he should not be allowed to fight in the WBC. The controversy serves as a reminder of the ongoing issue of doping in sports and its impact on athletes and the integrity of competition.
