Ryan Garcia is going through one of the toughest times of his life. He admits much of his struggle is due to his own actions, and his mental state isn't right. Substance abuse is believed to be the main issue.

To get help, Garcia has decided to enter a rehab program. Before doing so, he shared a final training video, sending a strong message to other boxers.

Garcia hopes to come back stronger after his rehab and suspension. He believes his return will be intimidating for his competitors, saying they have awakened a "different warrior."

Rehab and suspension are strong motivations for Garcia to get back on track. He knows he must fulfill the promises he made to his family and the boxing organizations.

Garcia's last fight was a win against Devin Haney, but it was changed to a no contest after Garcia failed drug tests. If he returns to the ring, his first fight will likely be against a less challenging opponent.
