Bronny James, the son of NBA legend LeBron James, is inspiring other young athletes to follow in his footsteps. After being drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft, Bronny’s journey has caught the attention of many, including Kiyan Anthony, the son of another basketball great, Carmelo Anthony.

Both Bronny and Kiyan share more than just famous fathers; they are both talented young basketball players with bright futures. While Bronny has been in the news a lot after his draft, Kiyan has also been making a name for himself with impressive performances in different leagues.

Bronny’s road to the NBA wasn’t easy. He had to deal with a heart problem that made him miss games during his first year at USC. It took him some time to adjust, but he stayed focused and eventually entered the NBA Draft, where the Lakers picked him.

Kiyan Anthony, who is currently deciding which college to attend, spoke about how excited he was for Bronny. "It’s really cool. It shows that anyone can make it," Kiyan said in an interview. "I’m up next, and I believe I can do it too. I’m really happy for Bronny and congratulated him."

As Bronny begins his career with the Lakers, the team has shown strong support for him. Lakers owner Jeanie Buss expressed her excitement, saying the team believes in Bronny’s potential.

Kiyan Anthony, who is considered one of the top 50 recruits in the class of 2025, is currently choosing between several colleges, including USC, Rutgers, Ohio State, Florida State, Auburn, and Syracuse. He is expected to make his decision by the end of autumn.
