LeBron James, fresh off
winning a gold medal at the Paris Olympics, is facing criticism on social media after a stern interaction with a young fan in France.

A video on TikTok shows James walking with his wife, Savannah, when a young boy tries to approach him with his phone.

Dressed in Team USA gear, James can be heard saying "Stop" to the fan as he walked towards a restaurant. Someone from James’ group gently moved the boy aside as they entered the building.

While photographers congratulated James, and he even did a small dance as he entered the restaurant, the video of him telling the boy to stop is what grabbed attention online.

LeBron James and Team USA recently won a gold medal in a close game against France, adding another gold to his three Olympic medals and four NBA championships.

After the win, James said, "Super humbled that I can still play this game... It was a great moment for our country."

James hasn’t commented on the backlash yet.
