NBA Star Kevin Durant Becomes Part-Owner of PSG

Kevin Durant, a well-known NBA player, has become a part-owner of the famous French soccer team Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
Durant made this investment through his company, Boardroom, by buying a small share of the team.
A U.S.-based investment group called Arctos Sports Partners bought 12.5% of PSG last year, which values the club at around €4.25 billion ($4.58 billion). Durant's investment is a part of this larger deal.

Durant recently visited PSG's new training center in Poissy, near Paris. He met with the club's president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, to discuss the partnership. Al-Khelaifi praised Durant, calling him an inspiring athlete and a great role model. He said they share the same values and vision for the future of sports and entertainment.
Durant, 35, is considered one of the greatest basketball players ever. He just won his fourth Olympic gold medal with Team USA in Paris, adding to his long list of achievements. PSG, known for their successful soccer teams, is also involved in other sports like handball and esports.

This isn't PSG's first connection to basketball. The club has a long-standing partnership with Michael Jordan's brand, which has been going strong for six years.
