Eddie Hall, the former World’s Strongest Man, is looking to face off against five-time champion Mariusz Pudzianowski in a fight. Hall, who switched from strongman competitions to combat sports, recently won a two vs. one MMA match against the Neffati brothers in June. Now, he wants another challenge before stepping away from the ring.

He has his sights set on Pudzianowski, a Polish athlete who has competed in both strongman contests and MMA. Hall believes a fight between the two would be close, as they are similar in size and strength.

"I'm trying my best to get that contract done with Mariusz," Hall told The Sun. He noted that, despite Pudzianowski being 47 and Hall 36, it would still be a fair and exciting match.

Hall acknowledged that Pudzianowski would be a tough opponent, with a professional MMA record of 17 wins and 9 losses. Pudzianowski hasn’t fought since losing to Artur Szpilka in June 2023, and it's unclear if he’s interested in stepping back into the cage.

There’s also a chance the two could meet in a boxing match, especially since Hall has experience from his previous fight with strongman rival Thor Bjornsson. KSI’s Misfits label is reportedly in talks with Hall’s team to arrange a fight, possibly in MMA or boxing.

Hall, however, feels more confident in MMA. “I feel like MMA plays more to my strengths,” he said, explaining that his strongman experience gives him an edge in gripping and overpowering opponents.

For now, fans will have to wait and see if this exciting match between two giants of strength can be made official.
