Kate Winslet, the 48-year-old actress known for her role in Titanic, recently opened up about using testosterone replacement therapy to improve her sex drive. She shared her experience on the "How to Fail" podcast, giving advice to a listener who wanted to improve her own intimacy.

Winslet explained that some women experience a drop in libido due to issues like thyroid problems or low testosterone. "Women have testosterone too," she said. "When it's gone, it needs to be replaced, and this can help you feel sexy again."

She also reassured the listener that changes in a woman's body aren't her fault, especially as they age. Winslet reminded listeners that hormone levels can affect how they feel and suggested getting them checked.

Despite the challenges that come with aging, Winslet sees many positives. "I think women get sexier and more confident as they get older," she said, encouraging others to embrace the changes.

In an earlier interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, Winslet talked about how women's faces gain character with age, reflecting more of who they are. She emphasized the importance of taking care of yourself, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally, as you grow older.
