LeBron James, the star of the Los Angeles Lakers, is looking forward to playing with his son, Bronny James, in the upcoming NBA season. This will be the first time a father and son play together at the professional level.

LeBron has said that playing with Bronny is a dream come true. However, during a recent interview, he admitted that it feels different. In preseason workouts, he sometimes lost focus because he was watching his son prepare and play.

He shared, “It’s one of the greatest things in the world to work with your kid. Being on the floor with Bronny for the first time as professionals was special. I had moments where I stopped to just watch him. It’s going to be an unbelievable year for both of us.”

LeBron also talked about how this season might help him enjoy the game more. He’s been playing in the NBA for over 20 years and knows he won’t play for two more decades. “With Bronny here, I think I’ll appreciate the moments more,” he added.

While Bronny still has some growing to do in his game, fans are excited to see him share the court with his dad. Their first chance to play together might come in the season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
