Chris Brown and Drake are being sued over their hit song No Guidance.
Musicians Tykeiya Dore and Marc Stephens claim that the 2019 song copies parts of their 2016 track I Got It.
They believe that No Guidance borrowed the line “I got it” but changed it to “You got it.”
In their complaint, Dore and Stephens say No Guidance has the same melody, rhythm, and lyrics as I Got It. They also allege that co-writers of No Guidance got access to their song on YouTube.
The complaint also accuses YouTube, along with parent companies Alphabet and Google, of defamation against Stephens, saying they wrongly took down his channel over a copyright issue.
