A man in Florida has been arrested for pretending to be a security guard to sneak into Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert. The concert took place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

The man, 44-year-old Ivan Mariotti, is facing charges for pretending to be an officer and interfering with an event. Miami-Dade police said they were called by real security guards on Friday night, October 18, after spotting Mariotti near the stage.

When police arrived, they questioned Mariotti. He claimed he was hired by four women to be their security guard and escorted them to their seats, but he didn’t have a ticket for the show.

Mariotti showed police an ID badge, saying he worked for a company called Saint Security. However, when police spoke to the women, they said their aunt had hired him only as a driver, not a security guard.

Mariotti was arrested and is being held at a local jail. He was given a $1,500 bond but remains in custody due to an immigration hold.

Taylor Swift recently kicked off the final part of her Eras Tour in Miami. She also announced plans to release a special book and a new version of her latest album, available exclusively at Target on November 29. Source: Independent
