Jake Paul Called "A Disgrace To Boxing" Ahead of Fight With Mike Tyson

Jake Paul’s upcoming fight with Mike Tyson has sparked controversy in the boxing world. Former world champion Tony Bellew strongly criticized the decision to make the fight an official, professional match.

The main issue people are talking about is the 30-year age difference between the two fighters. Mike Tyson is 58 years old and hasn’t fought since 2005. Jake Paul, 27, is relatively new to professional boxing but has built a reputation in the sport over the last few years.

The fight, which was delayed after Tyson had a health scare in May, is set to happen on November 15. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has approved it as a professional heavyweight fight, which means it will count towards the fighters' records.

Bellew, however, is upset about this. He believes the fight should be an exhibition, not something that counts on their professional records. He expressed concern for Tyson’s health and said it’s unfair to compare Paul to boxing legends.

“I hope Mike stays safe,” Bellew said, worried about Tyson’s age and recent health issues. “I don’t know how this fight will go, but I hope he doesn’t get hurt.”

Many in the boxing community share these concerns, with some supporting Tyson’s return but hoping for his safety in the ring.
