Jake Paul has made it clear he still wants to fight Mike Tyson, even though some are worried the fight could be called off. There’s a big 31-year age gap between the two fighters, but that hasn’t stopped the buzz around the match.
Back in March, it was announced that Paul and Tyson would face off, even though Tyson, 58, hasn’t fought since 2020. Paul, on the other hand, fought Mike Perry in July. But concerns have grown after Tyson had health issues earlier this year, specifically an ulcer flare-up. People are unsure if Tyson can keep up with a fighter who is much younger.
Tyson also needs to pass strict medical tests before the fight can happen, and some fear the fight might get canceled. But Jake Paul is standing firm, saying he only wants to fight Tyson.

"It's Mike Tyson or nothing," Paul said. "But first and foremost, he's healthy and feeling amazing and doing great in camp."
Paul also mentioned he’s aiming for a future fight with Canelo Alvarez, another top boxer. The two have exchanged words in the past, and Paul believes it will happen.
Meanwhile, Mike Tyson’s former trainer, Jeff Fenech, shared his thoughts in an interview. While he would prefer Tyson not to fight, he thinks Tyson can still win if he uses his skills wisely.
“If Mike focuses and uses his brain, this fight could be over in 30 seconds,” Fenech said. “He just needs to make Paul miss and then make him pay.”
Despite the concerns, the fight between Paul and Tyson is still on for now. Fans will have to wait and see if it actually happens.
