Lady Gaga has been working hard behind the scenes for her role as Harley Quinn in the upcoming movie Joker: Folie à Deux. The 38-year-old star changed her appearance for the role, losing a lot of weight, according to her co-star Joaquin Phoenix, who said it was "impressive."

Gaga is known for going all out in everything she does—whether it's singing, acting, or staying fit. Here's a look at her workout routine:

Gaga’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, shared that she transformed her body by doing 35-minute strength training sessions five times a week. She uses TRX bands for resistance exercises, helping her build muscle.

Gaga also does a lot of cardio. She’s big on spinning and has even brought indoor bikes on tour to stay fit. Swimming is another favorite, and she works out while singing to keep her energy up for performances.

Gaga is a fan of both Pilates and yoga. She started doing yoga in New York City and continues to practice regularly. Her former teacher, Tricia Donegan, said Gaga uses her talent to make the world better, and her yoga practice plays a role in that.

Gaga has a strong connection with horses. She first started riding after her record label gifted her a horse, and she learned to ride without formal lessons.

After her shows, Gaga winds down with a routine that includes ice baths, hot baths, and compression suits to help her recover.

Lady Gaga’s dedication to fitness is just one more way she stays at the top of her game.
