The man under investigation in connection with Liam Payne’s tragic death has denied providing drugs to the singer. Brian Nahuel Paiz, the alleged drug dealer, said he and Payne met multiple times before the singer's death on October 16.
In an interview on Argentine TV, Paiz explained that he first met Payne on October 2 when the singer visited the restaurant where Paiz worked as a waiter. They exchanged contact details and met again later that night at Payne's hotel. Paiz denied supplying Payne with drugs, claiming that when they first met, the singer was already under the influence. Paiz also mentioned that Payne reached out to him through Instagram afterward, asking for drugs despite already being intoxicated.
Paiz did admit that they used drugs together on their second meeting on October 13. He described their time together as "intimate" but said there was no aggression from Payne, adding that he was "really sweet" during their interaction. He also revealed that Payne offered him money and even clothes, but Paiz refused.

As part of the investigation into Payne's death, Paiz has been questioned by authorities, along with Payne's friend, Rogelio "Roger" Nores. Nores denied abandoning Payne, saying he had visited the singer three times that day and had left the hotel just 40 minutes before the incident. Nores also clarified that he was not Payne’s manager, but a close friend.
In addition to the ongoing investigation, authorities are still searching for Payne’s missing £30,000 Rolex watch. The watch was seen on Payne before his death, but was not found in his hotel room. Police have raided the homes of several suspects and will conduct another search of the hotel in hopes of locating the watch.
The investigation continues as authorities analyze documents, videos, and items from the hotel to piece together the details of Payne's untimely death. Source
