Mark Wahlberg’s new Mexican restaurant, Flecha Cantina, caught fire just before its planned ribbon-cutting event in Las Vegas on November 7.

The fire started when a defective fire pit ignited on the restaurant’s patio, damaging the fire pit and a nearby chair.

Fortunately, no one was hurt, and the Clark County Fire Department quickly put out the flames.

The restaurant, which first opened in mid-September, was back open by 7 p.m. that evening.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will go on as planned. Wahlberg and his family recently moved to Las Vegas, seeing it as a place where his children could pursue their interests. Source
