Jake Paul, the popular YouTuber-turned-boxer, has officially retired from influencer boxing. However, his journey as a professional boxer is just getting started.

Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), Paul’s management team, made the announcement, confirming that Paul is now fully focused on competing at the highest level of boxing. Paul, nicknamed “El Gallo,” is aiming for a potential fight with Canelo Alvarez, the IBF, WBC, and WBO super middleweight champion.

Replacing Paul in the influencer boxing spotlight is AnEsonGib, who recently defeated “Slim” in a match at Misfits Boxing 19. MVP praised Paul’s record in influencer boxing, where he went 2-0 with two knockouts, calling him “the best there was, is, and ever will be.”

Paul’s professional record now stands at 11-1, with seven knockouts. He made his pro debut by defeating AnEsonGib and later knocked out NBA star Nate Robinson. His latest fight was a controversial win over 58-year-old Mike Tyson.

While Paul hasn’t announced his next fight, he’s being challenged by big names in the boxing world, including Ryan Garcia and Tank Davis. Paul’s only professional loss came against Tommy Fury last year. Source
