Savannah James, wife of NBA star LeBron James, recently shared a surprising confession about her journey to self-love. Speaking on the Everybody's Crazy podcast, Savannah reflected on her past struggles and shared an emotional message for her younger self.

"I love my kids. I love my husband. I love my family. I love my friends," Savannah said. "But I wasn’t always in love with myself. I would tell my younger self to open your heart. You’re worthy. You’re enough."

Savannah revealed that the pandemic brought challenges that left her feeling emotionally drained. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she explained how neglecting self-care made it hard to show up fully for her family.

"If I’m working from a glass half empty, I’m not good to anybody," she said. To recharge, Savannah leaned on small moments like taking long baths or watching makeup tutorials. These simple acts helped her reset during overwhelming times.

"Sometimes I felt depleted," she admitted. "I wasn’t being the best version of a mother or a wife. It was just hard to be fully present."

Savannah has also worked on building new connections and stepping out of her comfort zone. After moving to Los Angeles, she embraced opportunities for personal growth and meaningful relationships.

"Something I started doing in the last three or four years is saying, I want to welcome any connection that’s worth having," she shared.

Her openness about these struggles shows that even someone as composed as Savannah James faces challenges. Her story is a reminder of the importance of self-love and making time for yourself. Source
